Once upgraded to a paid account, we do not offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription anytime and maximize the days left until the end of your paid subscription. In the case of Enterprise accounts, your specific agreement may deviate from this.

However, if you think there's been an error in billing, please contact our support team, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
